A growing professional office moving into a multi-tenant building wanted discreet camera coverage at entries, hallways, the IT closet, and the parking lot — with mobile access for the owner and office manager.
Scope
- 12-camera IP / PoE system (turret + bullet outdoor)
- 16-channel commercial NVR with 30-day retention
- Cat6 PoE runs from the IT closet to every camera
- UPS battery backup + cloud backup for entry cameras
- Phone + desktop remote viewing configured and trained
Outcome
Discreet coverage at every entry, hallway, and the IT closet — without changing the look of a professional office. Owner and office manager view live and recorded video on their phones; remote viewing was tested on cellular before handoff.

- Outdoor PTZ for yard / gate coverage (weather-rated)
- 90-day retention NVR sized for 4MP continuous
- Multi-user mobile viewing for managers and ownership
Outcome
Full coverage across the warehouse and yard with retention that holds up for incident review and insurance claims. System scales as the racking layout changes.

- Centralized cloud dashboard for area managers
- Documented build standard for future locations
- Per-store remote viewing for store managers

An older property had a failing analog DVR system installed by a previous contractor — no documentation, half the cameras offline, footage that was unusable for incident review, and no remote viewing.
Scope
- Removed and recycled old analog DVR
- Replaced 14 cameras with new IP / PoE turret + bullet
- Re-pulled Cat6 in conduit where needed
- Installed new 16-channel NVR with surveillance-grade drives
- Set up reliable mobile + desktop viewing and trained the manager
- Left labeled cable schedule and IP map
Outcome
Modern NVR sized for retention the previous DVR couldn't handle. Every camera back online, mobile viewing reliable, and a labeled cable schedule + IP map left behind so the next IT person isn't guessing.
