My DVR died. Can you recover the footage?

Depends on the failure. If the hard drives are intact and only the DVR mainboard failed, we can usually recover. If the drives themselves failed, recovery is unreliable. Either way, call (208) 544-9675 and we'll diagnose it before quoting.

Can you upgrade an analog DVR system to IP / NVR?

Yes — this is one of our most common service jobs. We replace the DVR with a modern NVR, swap analog cameras for IP / PoE cameras (sometimes reusing the conduit, sometimes pulling new Cat6), and rebuild the rack cleanly with documentation.

Can you fix remote viewing that never worked?

Yes. Most "remote viewing doesn't work" issues are router / port forwarding or P2P configuration problems. We have a standard checklist and usually have it working same-visit.
