We survey the site (in person or from photos and floor plans for simpler jobs), stage the hardware ahead of time, and install over one or more scheduled days.How is travel priced for a site far from Boise?
Travel is listed as its own line on the quote so you can see it. If you have several sites in the same region, we schedule them on the same trip so the travel cost is spread across them.Can every location show up in one app?
Yes. Each site keeps its own recorder so a network outage does not stop recording, and all recorders are added to one app or cloud dashboard. Managers can be limited to their own location while owners see everything.What happens when a camera fails at a remote location?
We check most problems remotely first: camera offline, drive errors, recording gaps. If a part needs replacing, we ship it or schedule it with the next trip to that region, depending on how urgent it is.Can you take over systems another company installed at some of our sites?
Yes. We document what is there, tell you what can stay, and bring it into the same viewer as your other sites where the hardware allows it.
