Remote Video Monitoring for Business Cameras
Cameras only help if the right person can see them from wherever they are. We set up viewing on phones and desktops, alerts that fire on people and vehicles instead of blowing leaves, and dashboards that show every location at once. Then we test it on cellular data, away from your office network.
- Businesses only
- Installs across Idaho
- Cameras and network in one crew
- Documented at handoff
Quick answer
What does remote video monitoring setup include?
Remote monitoring setup means you and your staff view cameras and receive alerts on phones and desktops; it is not a staffed monitoring center. It includes person and vehicle alerts, alert schedules, per-user access by site, multi-site dashboards and recorder health alerts, all tested on cellular data away from the office network. A third-party monitoring center can be connected if you use one.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers for commercial buyers.
Why does camera viewing work at the office but not at home?
Usually because the recorder was set up for the local network only, the firewall blocks it, or the app was pointed at an address that changes. We set up remote access properly and test it on a phone using cellular data before we leave. How do we stop getting alerts for every shadow and car?
We switch from basic motion detection to person and vehicle detection, draw alert zones only where they matter, and set schedules so alerts only arrive when the site is closed.Do you watch our cameras for us?
No. We set up the system so you and your staff get the alerts and video. If you want a professional monitoring center to watch and dispatch, we configure the cameras to work with the provider you choose. Can we see several locations in one place?
Yes. Each location keeps its own recorder, and all of them are added to one app or cloud dashboard. User permissions control who sees which site.Is remote access a security risk?
It can be when recorders are exposed to the internet with default passwords. We use strong unique passwords, current firmware and the manufacturer’s secure remote service or a VPN instead of open ports wherever the hardware supports it.
